Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us by 3 days before your reservation date. If you cancel by 3 days prior, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel 2 days before your reservation date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. If you cancel on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Refunds for cancellation fees will be made to the credit card you used. Any fees associated with the refund will be your responsibility.
Payment Policy
Payment for our service must be made in advance at the time of reservation. We only accept credit card payments.
Consumption tax will be added to the service fee. Additional processing fees may also apply.
If we fail to provide our service due to reasons attributable to our company, we will refund the full service fee. Any fees associated with the refund will be covered by our company.
